He pointed out that the friendship between China and Russia has a long history, and educational exchanges serve as an important bond of friendship between the two countries. As this year marks the "China-Russia Education Year", he hoped that both parties would take this signing as a starting point to fully promote the approval and implementation of the Sino-foreign cooperative education project in digital media art; continue to expand cooperation in areas such as teacher and student exchanges, academic seminars, and scientific research collaboration, and jointly cultivate high-quality talents with an international perspective.

Jermyn Maxim highly recognized the educational philosophy of our school and was confident in the prospects of cooperation between the two schools. He stated that the two schools had accumulated a good foundation for cooperation in the early stage, and hoped that both parties would fully utilize their respective resource advantages to build a regular exchange bridge, integrate educational resources from both sides, and explore diversified cooperation models.
Next, both parties will conduct discussions on specific matters such as the mode of Chinese-foreign cooperative education, alignment of professional courses, and mutual exchange of teachers and students, in order to promote substantive achievements in the cooperation between the two universities.
